My experience with the chime Bank customer service was at the time of me trying to get the free hundred dollars that should have been credited to me but instead I got all my money taken from me they said there was nothing they could do except for I had to wait 45 days for the dispute then I finally got a hold of somebody higher than the bank customer and she said that I would get my refund and my money back on December 4th, that same day that that happened again she said I would get them back on December 4th that she pushed it ahead instead of me wetting to wait 45 days come to find out I never got any of my money back and never no response from them except for some emails that they were investigating it I replied to every one of them they sent me and then they come to saying I was not going to get any of my money back! I don't believe that was right or fair to me knowing that they alerted me an hour and a half later on my phone that I emailed to them saying that somebody was in my phone but they couldn't give you my money back I don't understand it that's why I'm writing to you all for help and support and my money it's not no refund it was my money on there that I put on there and somebody took it off there on through their app while I was supposed to be getting $100 from being referred from somebody else
