I would contact thevBBB and make sure to write an online descriptive statement as ti what exactly has taken place then contact 'your local' legal aid society. I justvwentvthrough a similiar situatiin andvfelt the same way you di and yet ince my legal aid representative cotacted them...they quickly wanted a reselution to resolve and end this..
