These people are HORRIBLE ! Communication sucks ! They never answer the damn phone when we call, calls seems to always be high ! Takes too long to receive money ! I just hate I ever even banked with them trying to listen to everyone else ! I HATE THIS BANK

Chime Bank - Disappointed& Pissed

I use to love chime, but now im very disappointing. They have been putting multiple holds on my account for the same purchase then tell me i had insufficient funds when i move money through saving & checking weekly so they owe me over $16 Now my card is being declined on the cash app since yesterday when i have been adding money on that card for months. Tge chime Bot is the stupidest *** ive seen. Im done with them afterthis month. My direct Deposit will be redirecte.

Chime Bank - Getting information on my account

Details
I changed my phone number a month ago and i called chime to make an update to my account, they told me they couldn't update my info because the person who had the number prior to me having it has a chime account. I accidentally log out of my account and cant remember my password so i tried to reset it but the info they are sending keeps going to my old number witch i no longer have access to so now im unable to get my transactions, transfer funds know my balance or anything with my chime account. This is very unfair and unacceptable.

Chime Bank - Complete Nightmare

Chime service went down completely on 10/16/2019 today is 10/18/19 and the service, card transactions, website and app are still not fully functional. As a result of this I was unable to get gas on the night of 10/16, card declined twice even though my money was in there. This is before I knew about the outage. This is outrageous. I have never had a bank where this has happened. Seeing so many people post about the hardships they are going through because they still do not have access to their money. Thankfully I was able to transfer some money out as it came back shortly on web and then went down again. I'm waiting for full functionality to be restored so I can call and close my account. I use to love chime and now there is no way I can ever trust this company with my money again. Some have said this can happen with any bank. I've had many different banks over the course of 26 yrs and I have NEVER experienced something like this. I will not take a chance on this company again and you would be wise to bank elsewhere. Do not take a chance with your hard earned money. They have been doing a horrible job and letting people know what the issue really is, horrible with providing accurate updates. Their customers deserve so much better. I will never be back.

Chime Bank - Can't access funds

Details
Went to the store and my card came up declined several times .I was embarrassed and had to leave everything behind . I am suppose to be going out of town but I don't even know if my direct deposit is in there or if my card will stop working while on the road. I have to cancel for my safety because this bank can't be trusted and I don't want to be stranded. I'm pulling my money as soon as I can get to it. Never again will I deal with a bank without a physical branch .

Ah! You have come across the hazzards of both not having cash in your wallet and relying on a card to pay your bills from an apparent online only bank.

A credit card would now be of help in this situation, or as mentioned cold, hard cash. This is how we learn.
